My Le Pan was rubbed last week, I called 911, and got a case number.
And how I claim this case?
    Thanks your time.

I have a Gigaset tablet and have had it since Christmas 2014. Just this Christmas though, I had to soft reset my Gigaset multiple times and now it will not go past the Gigaset loading screen. I can turn it off, but when it comes back on it is still on the Gigaset loading screen. It doesn't even allow me to reset the whole tablet. What can I do to fix it? (I can not take it in for a trade because the screen is cracked from when I dropped it twice.)

To clear the frozen boot logo issue, please follow the instructions below to perform a factory data reset.

**WARNING: Once reset, all settings will be restored to factory default settings and the user will be required to redo the initial settings. Also, all installed applications and user personal data will be erased.**
**Make sure your tablet has enough power first. If not, please charge your tablet before performing the steps below.

    1. Turn the tablet off. (If the tablet is frozen, press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to force shut the tablet down.)
    2. Once off, click and hold down Volume - button.
    3. Without letting go of the Volume - button, click and hold down the Power button.
    4. Hold both buttons down until the Gigaset logo appears. Release the Power button immediately but continue to hold down the Volume - button. In 10-15 seconds, the Gigaset logo will fade out and the Android System Recovery menu will appear on screen.
    5. Release the Volume - button, then click the Volume - button to scroll down the list to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the Power button to select it.
    6. Click the Volume - button to scroll down to "Yes --delete all user data" and press the Power button to select it.

We hope this will help resolve your issue and please feel free to contact us for further assistance.
