HOW DO YOU GET SERVICE?

You must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by Le Pan’s Customer Service Center. To receive assistance in obtaining a RMA number, contact customer service at 1.855.537.2672 (1855lepanpc) or submit a ticket at the online service center.

Please understand that more information pertaining to the product, usage and original purchase may be requested from you after your first submitted request.

    Purchase 2 tablets in January 2015 , both don't Work! I need to send both back to get fixed or replace!! Need mailing address to ship them:(

    The text is lying. They will not give you an RMA over the phone, you MUST fill out a ticket. They can, however, help you find your serial number in your device (if it turns on).

    Not good design: a form with required fields that may not be retrievable or accessible by the owner as the single and only point to repair resolution.

    LOL. This is ridiculous. Then they ask you a picture of the device, and then follow it up by asking for this:
    Please kindly attach a copy of the original receipt/invoice to your reply so we may verify the original purchase date, store, product model and cost. Examples of accepted forms of proof of purchase are the billing invoice or statement, or any shipping/order confirmation from the purchase store, if you do not have the original purchase receipt. Please also provide your full address and phone number.

    "We are sorry, it appears that the attachment with your message does not show an image. Please make sure you are not copying and pasting the receipt/invoice onto the body of the message, as that would not work. You will need to use the "Attach File" option.

    Please make sure the file is in an acceptable format, such as PDF, PNG, or JPEG/JPG.

    Under manufacturers policy we need to review this prior to creating the RMA ticket."

    I keep trying to fill out the submit a ticket form and it wont let me submit it...it keeps saying invalid purchase date when i try every way possible with the RIGHT date!
